The Kimbo coffee brings Neapolitan history, tradition and flavours to the world. Chef Market is an innovative format made up of various regional corners with different culinary experiences, Michelangelo Roman Bistrot is a full service restaurant with a menu that is closely bound to the recipes and ingredients of Lazio. The world food is well represented with Beercorde, a gourmet restaurant where the world of beer is combined with an offer suitable for any dining context and Ajisen Ramen, an Asian restaurant that serves the most popular oriental recipes including ramen, the house speciality. With his first airport-based restaurant Attimi, star-rated chef Heinz Beck provides passengers with three different tasting menus (with 30, 45 and 60 minute options) paying attention to the time each customer is able to spend. Assaggio is a fish bar where passengers can enjoy special dishes supervised by multi-talented chef Cristina Bowerman. In addition to the food menu, the restaurant gives customers the opportunity to discover a wide variety of prestigious wines from all of the Italian regions.
