ANTONELLO COLONNA TO LAUNCH NEW GOURMET MENU

Known for his modern takes on classic Roman and Italian dishes, Michelin-starred chef Antonello Colonna is expanding dining options for passengers transiting through the upper level of Boarding Area B. Starting today, the chef’s airport-based restaurant will welcome guests with a buffet-style, fixed-price lunch and dinner spot and a wide range of appetizers, main courses and desserts served at the table, with dishes varying according to the flavours of the day. Launched two years ago, Antonello Colonna Open Bistrò aims to satisfy everyone’s palate with high-quality cuisine combining creativity and food wholesomeness!
