Star-rated chef Heinz Beck has chosen Fiumicino to open his first airport-based restaurant. Located on the second level of the new E boarding area of Terminal 3, “Attimi” brings completely new concepts to the airport Food & Beverage segment. The project stems from a deep analysis of the eating habits of travellers, with special predilection for quality and creativity as a response to the increasing standardization of ingredients and flavours.

The restaurant features three different tasting menus (with 30-, 45- and 60-minute options) paying attention to the time each customer is able to spend. “Attimi” welcomes passengers in the food court of Fiumicino’s new international boarding zone, a 90.000 square feet departure lounge designed to increase the possible number of passengers by 6 million a year, providing visitors with a true “Made in Italy” shopping experience.
