The ingredients are processed according to tradition in the laboratory, through continuous research and innovation, to achieve a perfect balance of flavor and consistency. The Gelato San Lorenzo is natural because it has no hydrogenated and refined vegetable fats, no gelling agents, no food dyes, no aromas, no emulsifiers with at least 25 percent fewer ice cream sugars.

This is possible thanks to the “carapine” counter, a perfect container for artisan ice cream that enesures optimum preservation, and the soluble and insoluble plant fibers present in the processing. With an eye to different dietary requirements, Gelateria San Lorenzo also offers a wide range of vegan / gluten free ice creams and “tailor made” proposals for different food intolerances. The cones and waffles used in the laboratory are “Vegan Ok” certified.
