EASTER BREAKFAST IN ROME

No less than Christmas time, Easter brings to Roman tables a huge variety of delicious homemade food including artichoke omelets, hard-boiled eggs, coratella (delicacies of sautéed lamb and rabbit offal), a particular variety of salami called “corallina” (to be eaten with cheese pizza) and the traditional “beaten” pizza (a moist cake).
